Justine Wood, ARNP, NNP-BC is a board certified neonatal nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in neonatology. She has worked at several Level IV academic centers across the country as well as a number of community Level II & III NICUs.

Justine has presented at the Pediatric Nursing Conference and is published in the Neonatal Network (see publications below).

Helping the next generation of NICU nurses is one of her passions, which is why she created neo baby review to help nurses advance their knowledge in the care of fragile infants.

During her career, she has lectured to nursing students and physician assistants in neonatology fellowship on a variety of topics. She is an NRP instructor and has served as a preceptor for NICU RNs and NNPs.

Her current NCC certifications are RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, C-NNIC, & NNP-BC.
